     Another slow easy run partly on snow that was more like frozen slush. I went 6 at 8:17 pace with 3 or 4 short pickups near the end. I've kept the last 4 weeks pretty easy with mileage in the 20s. I'm going to still keep the pace mostly easy and gradually add more miles.

Scott, it doesn't look like I'm going to make it. I've kind of been taking a break in my training the past 4 weeks and I'd probably be lucky to get under 20 min. plus we've got something else going on tomorrow. Good luck in the race. I'll be watching for your report. Are you going for another sub 18?

Dave, no way I am in sub 18 shape. maybe sub 20. I just need some up temp work. but if Keith is there... well, then you know, the whole strategy changes.
