     Ran 4 easy miles this morning in very windy and below freezing weather. My knee felt good until the last half mile when I felt a very slight pain. 8:28 pace.

Scott, I'm planning on it. I'm sure I'll be pretty slow since I'm pretty out of shape. If you don't count the marathon, I've only averaged running 7 miles per week over the past 6 weeks and didn't get in many miles for a few weeks before that. I know I can make it 3 miles so I'll probably run the 5k. How bout you?

Dave, I'll do the 10K, but I am still planning on the marathon two weeks after that so I doubt I will go all out. I hate to let Keith down, he likes to beat me fair and square, but this year I doubt I'll even come close to challenging him. Unless you finish the 5K then come back and knock him down for me...
