Training

Back out running somewhat regularly again after an off and on winter.  Ran the greenbelt to Panchari.  The river is on the path in some areas and expected to get much worse, if it ever gets warm.  Pace - 7:52  Temp - 60, light wind

Not a great day, which has been typical this spring.  Made the 5 mile noon loop along the river.  The river is very high now and is even covering some of the path in Freeman park.  I hooked up with jtshad for a couple of miles of good company.   Pace - 7:50, Temp 47, very windy

Cool an windy again today and I did not get a chance to run at noon - not too dissapointing.  A friend and I are thinking about going snowmobiling tomorrow where we would normally be camping.  Ran 4 on the treadmill in the late afternoon.  Pace - 8:00
