Morning - On the TM at 5:40 today which seems to be better for availability.  On my long run Saturday I forgot to use Body Glide and wore some rough sweat pants which really nailed my inner thighs.  I went easy today.  pace 8:00  

 

Noon - Nice springlike day.  Ran the usual loop with one slow warmup mile and 4 under 7:30.  Temp low 40's, light southern wind.  The snow is really going now, I even ran on grass for a half mile.

Morning - Treadmills were full again so I lifted weights for a while and managed 1.7 miles before it was time to go.

 

Noon - Outside for a slow 5 miles around the greenbelt.  Windy and cloudy today with a temperature around 30.    no GPS

AM - TM run at the gym.  I had to be at work early again so 3.3 miles.

 

Noon - Greenbelt on a chilly, breezy day. Ran a slow 5 miles.  The geese are starting to act up- it must be that time of year - or maybe they are tired of winter too.

Noon - better weather today with sunshine and above freezing temps.  I was planning on running a few more fast miles but an upset stomach changed the plan.  Breezy and 32 f.  Pace - 7:48

Another day of not feeling well.  I started out ok and planned a long hill run, but cut it short at 6 miles with an upset stomach and actually had to walk down the hill to get home.   It seems to be aggravated by running so no long run this weekend.
