Morning run from home.  Carried a water bottle 4 miles to the intersection of Hitt and Canyon and then made a couple of 4 mile loops from there.  I ran at marathon pace while down on the flat roads but could not maintain it on the hilly stuff.  Nice sunny day with temps around freezing and light north wind.  Pace  7:41

Nice run! Great pace!

I managed a 7 miler on Saturday. Nice day for a run. I overdressed for mine.

Ogden is trying to sneak up on me. I have decided to turn things up and get serious. The weather has improved, so that will help. My Saturday run was very slow...just getting in the miles.
