Morning -

6 miles in 50:20, Canadian cold front blowing in strong winds and a cold day.

Evening - 2 mile warm 8X400 @1:37:00 on treadmill with 400 rest @ 1:50 + 1 mile cool New treadmill speeds up and slows erratically have to call customer service. I should of went with cheapest Precor instead of top of the line Nordic Track

I would agree. We got a 5016 (i think) nordic trac and just got them to send me a new console because it would stop all of the sudden.
