Morning run to Sutton trail 6 miles in 48:00, no damage done at marathon this past Saturday. Two weeks before Arkansas Traveller 100, mostly just easy miles with some strides and pickups thrown in.

Training is for 100 miler. Big base but not enough speed yet to do any damage.
