pm- Time Trial!!!!! i did awesome! i got 12:14 and finished right behind preston. i have improved a lot since the cedar all comers:) i havent really ever felt negative about the races this whole season at all.

So i wasnt gona go on my run but josie asked me if i wanted to go to sandbergs with her and some others so i just ran there but didnt know that she was gonna be a little late. like 20 minutes late! so i was there and no one was there but me so i got wading around and then just left. and then she showed up after i left and yeah:) its alright though.
