am- .5 warm up as usual and then the workout: 6.8 miles/ 50 min with 20 min of tempo. Wow what a great mental booster today! so we did the usual tempo at the dirt mile but a lil' longer (20min) and a few guys were gone. So we start out and andrew was pushing jason and skylar to go with him and they were going. After 11 minutes everybody had fell off but me and coach just pushed with me at a 6 min pace and yeah i felt great! I was doing a great job of controling my breathing and was trying my best to bring my hips up and not let them drop. Good solid run today for me but it was sad to see everybody fall off. just a bad day for others though.
pm- 3.3 miles/ 30 min E; Met at Skylars house and went on the trail that they are making from sullivans to hells hole and i got eaten alive by those dang flies! when we got done running we went swimming in his pool and Momma Abel got us lunch. It was awesome!
