so i was gonna go to team practice but i woke up with swollen eyes and they were completely red. it was scary! so i waited til they were feeling better to run the workout, which was at 7ish. the workout was 600(R),400(R),300(R-3),200(R-5),100(R-2). Goal times were 1:52, 1:14, :53, :32, and :15. i was ten seconds off the first one cause my dog was cutting me off and then blind-side slammed me while i was running on the track. *NOTE= dont bring a dog on your run when your running fast*. all the rest were right on tho and a couple were a second fast.
