am- wow coach wasn't there this morning and so everybody was going super slow.

pm- Well I am pretty butt-hurt right now and here is why. So today was early-out day and I ate lunch later than usual(this is important for later in my story) and then I went home and read a book, which actually was pretty good(the book is "Tuesday's with Morrie", it is quite inspirational) but then I fell asleep. I wake up to my mom saying "Dallen!" and I knew exactly what was goin' on. I was freakin late to practice! AN HOUR LATE!!! Oh I show up and Coach Holt just laughs and tells me the workout. So the workout was 3x1600's @ 93% and that did not happen espeacially since I was running on my own. I ran a 5:08 the first and a 5:16 the second. Then the third I was on pace for my goal pace(5:01) for a couple laps but after the third lap I was way behind so I just dropped. Plus with my lunch being later than usual I think you can figure out why I dropped! Then I tried to do 2x300's all out and did a 44 and a 46. Oh I am just soooo freakin mad that I slept in. And I really wanted to slug Hell Raiser in the face when he asked how my book was, And now I feel like I am gonna pass out cause it was sooo hot outside today!!

WORD OF THE DAY: my word of the day today is "Jeremiad" cause my homie J-word Jason used it in his blog. Sounds like a mad germ but Idk.

Outstanding post combining running, high literary quality, and humor.

Kudos!
