am- today was 45 min. with 15 min tempo. Great workout for me today. I started out in front for the first 9 minutes. Then when i started feeling like falling off, i remembered what coach said last week on thursday which was somethin like ''We have gone this far in the workout, finish it strong and dont let the pain get you.'' I jumped up and would kinda lag a lil' but kept pushin and finished the tempo with the top 5 guys. great run overall. My knee was startin to hurt, so i will ice for sure.
pm- 30 min E. Jogged around the hood with my dog. My ankle started to hurt but it went away after a minute or two. Good run but it sure is hot!
