am- 8 miles/ 60 min moderate pace @ run-a-thon. Wow I am pooped! so the run-a-thon went well. I ran all my mile segments in 6:03 and yeah. The 400's at the end were crazy. I was pretty tired. Oh I totally won in Just Dance 4 and that was pretty awesome!
Goals for next week: Be healthy, eat the right amount of food, put my full effort in for myself and the team this weekend at Murray Invite!! and sing the National Anthem proudly at the start line!
