am- 6.25 miles/ 45 min with 2x 1,2,3 min fartleks with 2min rec. I ran out across the bridge and into the fields today. I felt good, the workout went good, and Im ready for a time trial.
Goals for next week: Get doing my RHR again, do more days of 100 ups and bench-press with a 25lb plate on each side.
