am- well today was another hard day for me in the 3200m. I was really excited and just ready to go out and race a qualifying time. Well I got in a great spot for the start; it was the waterfall of the first two lanes. The gun goes and I get out good! Wow the first mile I thought was gonna be way quicker than it was. The whole front pack was coming across at 4:53ish til me in the back of that at 5:00 flat. Then everybody spead up and I didn't go with. I got psyched out and really sucked it up the rest. Dang Connor Baller is so beast, he beat Warbeast so now he gets AA. sorry presto, but that was so beast to qualify for state! After the race we ran out to Starbucks and back for the rest of our time. The rest of the meet was solid. I wish I could have done better but I guess I will have to prepare better mentally for next week.

WORD OF THE DAY: well I dont know if this is even a word cause my mom said it and she tends to make up a few words;) anyways, it is "demoaned". yeah I was suprised my momma said that cause it doesn't sound too good:/

Great job, Dallen. Just keep doing what you're doing, get mentally prepared, run your best, and see what happens. You're a beast!
