am- (3.28 miles/ 25 min E). Nice chill stuff, it felt great this morning.
pm- (7.95 miles/ 57 min total; 15min warm then 5x100 striders, then 3x1600@ 5Kpace w/ equal rec, 10min cool). Rough workout at the Dirt Mile. We did 3xmiles @ 5K pace, so 5:07. Our first was 5:08 so that was aight. Then we ran a 5:13 so that was bad. And the last me and Cars went after it the last 400, but I had fallen off during the 3/4 mile stuff, so I finished with a 5:08 again. Hard workout, but worth it.
