am- (2 miles/ 15 min E with weights). Nice chill run out to Artic Circle and back.
pm- (7.17 miles/ 55 min total; 15min warm then 5x100 striders, then 4x1200@ 5Kpace w/ equal rec, cool to time). This was a good workout. My times were supposed to be 4:06. I went 4:05, 4:06, 3:56, and 4:00. Good things I believe.
