pm- 7 miles/ 50 min vV02 Max Workout (6 min Test); 10 warm/cool to time. Wow a good run. I was right behind Paul because I went to fast at the beginning. So we had gone 3 laps and Preston surged and I was like "I will get with him after one more lap" mistake. I got mentally permissive and the Carson flew by and then I just finished right behind Paul cause he is a better sprint than me:) then we ran out into Green Springs. Solid day.
