I flew out to Denver today because I have a job interview tomorrow. For some stupid reason we interview for fellowships 18-20 months in advance. Anyway, I did 7 miles in the afternoon in the snow and 5 miles on the evening on the hotel's treadmill. Even though the temperature is colder out here, it feels better. Maybe it's partly due to the humidity, but it is definately helped by a lack of wind. In Chicago the wind is a factor on about 90% of runs. |
