LM warmup, 8 miles in 58:51, 7:21/mi, HR 157, w/ 8 x 12 sec Hill Sprints, 1 mile cooldown walk w/ dogs, PU/Crunch ladder & stretching. Cold and clear (33F). Back into hill sprints on a hill closer to home. Steeper but on an unused dirt/gravel logging road, so footing wasn't the best. Liking the fact that it's nearer to the end of the run, but I'm not supposed to be on that land, so dunno if I'll use it regularly.
