LM warmup, 4 miles in 30:18, 7:34/mi, HR 147, 2 mile cooldown walk w/ dogs, PU/Crunch 3-stage ladder & stretching. Waited for a break in the rain and rewarded with some sun (47F). Somewhat (pleasantly) surprised at the pace today....didn't look at the watch until Garmin downloaded the workout and after a gentle 1st mile, everything was pretty quick for easy. Felt pretty good throughout too. Hope that holds for the 15 miler tomorrow.
