LM warmup, 10 miles in 1:13:13, 7:19/mi, HR 158, 1 mile cooldown walk w/ dogs, & stretching. Another beautiful day (56F). Legs just wanted to go today. Even with the faster pace, breathing was well under control and effort easy. Legs started feeling the effort about 7 miles in but not too badly (just striding out more than normal) and it felt good the whole time. Even the last uphill mile felt really good and I wound up accelerating into that one more than I'd intended. Just one of those days that feels great to run.
