LM warmup, 6 miles in 47:52, 7:58/mi, 1 mi cooldown walk w/ dogs, & stretching. Overcast with some rain (68F). Just an easy run. Lower left/inside hamstring, almost behind the knee has been bugging me the last couple of day, so attacked it with the roller today. If it's as bad/worse tomorrow, I may just run a few miles recovery before the race saturday. Would hate not to get to the start line. Boy, don't I sound grown-up.
