Still tired from travel and the GI distresses of late are really taking a toll.  So much of a toll that it took over 3 hours to get today's run in.  Wednesday's doctor's appointment can't come soon enough.

Hi neighbor! I've been searching the blog for people in my local area, didn't realize there were this many! Nice long run. I see "LM warmup" in your workout, something that is in mine a lot, too. Do you also do LLs and Myrtles and Cannonballs?

I guess you weren't at the Resolution series race yesteday.

No, but I know what the Myrtles and Cannonballs are. Don't really remember what the LLs are though.....I may lump those in with what I'm calling the LM. Obviously I took some bits and pieces of that warmup/cooldown regime and integrated it into my own.

I was planning on running the complete Resolution series, but we adopted 2 dogs over christmas and the obedience classes are Saturday mornings, so....
