LM warmup (10 reps), 6 miles in 46:30, 7:45/mi, HR 154, w/ 2 x Strides/Drills, PU/Crunches ladder (6 steps), & stretching. HR a bit better than yesterday, but the effort remains high. Legs feel trashed by the 3 mile mark. Obviously punted on the scheduled workouts.....just trying to get back into some running without getting sicker again. Really think it's doubtful I'll be up for a long run on Sunday, so marathon plans definitely in jeopardy.
