LM/LL warmup, 7 easy miles with 8 x 20 sec Fartleks in 56:00, 8:00/mi, HR 158, 1 mi cooldown walk w/ dogs, McM Core L2, and stretching. Overcast with some misting (68F). Felt better today, no pain during run or even Fartleks (was ready to punt if pain had manifested today). Some during exercises & stretching, but seemed like it was back to normal. Focused on keeping deep core muscles active during the run, which may have helped. Or maybe it was the stability shoes. Or maybe just Tuesday.
