AM: 14x400M The first 8 were all 73-74. Taking it easy onmy leg. I didn't know how many I could do. It's still sore, but still getting better. Dropped to 72 for 9-12 and then hamstring started yelling on #13. Ran the last 2 in about 74. I was happy with the workout, less than 2 wks after DesNews. PM: 3 easy with Sammy |
