Ran from Midway up Cascade Springs road to Cascade Springs, and then all the way to Mt. Timpanogos. If I had known how hard the run would have been, I probably wouldn't have run it. The first 5 were uphill and then down for one. The three after that were uphill, then downhill for one, then bac up for 3 more. Fortunately the last 4 miles were down 92 toward Sundance, and those were easy running.

According to Google the distance was 17.94, and my time was 2:06:14, so I was pretty happy with that.

Went hiking for a couple hours afterward, so I'm counting that as at least .06.
