20x400

I'm back on the horse. 11 days out, the hamstring is better and I ran 20 quarters with the HS kids today. The last 5 were barefoot (we run on grass). Just call me Quenton Cassidy.

We ran 4 sets of 5, 1:30 rest between interval, full 400 jog between sets (about 3 min)

It was an honest course --GPS certified. I never felt worse after about 5 today. I mean that  the 5th one was bad, and then they were all about the same, they didn't get progressively worse. . I didn't begin to feel better, they were just all the same.
