Ran the City Creek Canyon Rd. for the first time with AdamW. and Eric (not sure of his last name).  What a great place to run. The uphill start isn't so great, but comng back down is awesome. I'll certainly be back. Also thanks to Adam for showing me the area and meeting me to run.

We went 4 up and then back down for 8, and then I ran back to Hogle Zoo through some roads, some bike path and some trail.  I figure the total to be around about 13 for the day. A perfect day for a long run once my hands warmed up a bit.

Out for now.

I'm glad you didn't get lost and run 3hrs back to the zoo. You are about spot on for the total mileage if you went the way I said, if anything it is about 1/2 mi longer. Glad to see you filled in more of your stats to the left. The pics cool too, where's that?
