Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ.

Today was all about recovery after sat long 22 miler, I seem to be a little sore which is to be expected at this faze of the marathon training. My body is feeling more tired than anything which is due to not enough zzzzzz's. It probabley wont get any better in that department. We will see ya tomorrow.

Legs did feel a little better today which gives me a bit of hope, I went up around the golf course and down powerhouse road. I'm trying to take it easy as to not have any injuries for the SGM, I finished with 200 crunches.

My legs had zero energy today I don't know what happened but they just did not want to go today. I think the months of training are catching up to me. I don't want to have any injures so I went real easy and tryed to have fun with the run. Finished with 200 crunches,

Seem to have a little more energy today than I have had this week. I think last sat 22 miler took more out of me than I thought. I guess that's why we need to tapper and spend the next three weeks recovering and healing for the big one on oct. 4th. I'm not sure how far my long run is going to be this weekend, at least 15 we will see how the legs feel. I finished with 200 crucnches today se ya latter.

Started the day out at 1:15 am this morn had to go into work for five hrs, so by the time I got out the door for my run it was 8:00 am. It's a good thing we are into the fall so the cooler weather made for nice running conditions this morn. I headed out over harrys hill and into salem this morn, my goal was at least a 15 miler. The first three miles my legs and body just felt really wack and then mile four things started to loosen up and I finally felt like running. My pace was nice and easy it will stay this way until SGM in two weeks. It's almost here and the excitment is starting to build. Should be an awesome time. I only did one lap up around the golf course today and then headed home. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
