The heat must finally be getting to me, Right from the start my legs felt very wacked and shacky. I could not get into a good rythum. So I listened to the old body and cut the run to just a 5 miler. I just flet totally warn out. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully they will feel better. I did 200 crunches yesterday and today. Other than that it was still a great run. See ya tomorrow. |
