I have surprised myself this by continueing my training after sat half marathon. My body this week has felt kinf of trashed, but today the quads are begining to feel much better and was able to grunt out a 8 miler. I went up around the golf course, down power house road to little bros mini gu corner (aka log cabin home) then back to gu corner and home. I finished with 200 crunches and will use tomorrow as a full recovery day and let the body recover for sat long run. We will see you on the road then. |
