I coud'nt stand it anymore, decided to give a short run a try today and see how the hamstring would hold up. I ran out to gu corner and back, very easy pace. The hammy held up ok though the pace was very slow. After my run I did some time on the bow flex, concentrated on core excersies. Finished off with about 150 crunches. I want to work in some core strengthening this year and count this as my cross training. |
