Decided to make my run interesting today by playing a little game. I thought I would see how many grasshoppers I could step on during my workout, I mananged to only nail three with my size 10.5 shoe, better luck next time I guess. My legs felt a little wack today not good considering this is supossed to be a down week. Not good with the half marathon coming up on sat. Hopefully they will recover in time. Other than that it was a great run and very injoyable. Did 200 crunches to finish the workout, see ya tomorrow. |
