I tooka few days off to see if my hamstring would get better. I went for a little 6 miler, and the paim is still there. I did'nt do any streching before I went out, but I did strech godd after I was done. It seems to bother me the most after I have been sitting and then get up to move around. It is pretty sore. I don't s any change from last week so I think this is going to take a while to heel. I may have to pull out of SGM. I really don't know what to do. Man I am starting to grt bummed. My total time today was 1:04:24, with an average pace 10:39, i was going pretty dang slow and the thing still bothered me.
