Today we did a speed workout! (TWO 600M, TWO 800M, TWO 1000M, & TWO 1200M) It was pretty good except that my knee kind of hurt. I went to Swim practice today also! i also went yesterday, and i will be going everyday in the morning for a long time so i will have to miss morning practices. But i figured that i could run to school from the pool when i dont have jazz band!! |
