we did 800's today. when i found out i didnt really want to do that but i did them anyway!! and im glad i did! it felt pretty swell and steady! i ran with Tyson and our 2 mile warm up was pretty fast for a warm up. when we got back we did 2 800's with a 200 after each. then ran a 2 mile cool down.
