Made cookies with family last night. You know how that ended up. Only had 30 minutes so this was short. I planned on mile repeats today but with the limited time I ended up doing a progressive incline run. 4.3/30 incline end at 4.5. Almost made me puke but since I ended up skipping lunch there was nothing there. Read a great excerpt on good/bad calories and put high quality stuff in the body. Stuff I know but right now the cookies and junk keep calling and I keep answering. I guess the quality of training might be low until the diet changes. |
