Need to think about what my real goals are and what I can accomplish. I feel truly blessed to have accompilished what I have and have no clue as to where I can end up.

Keep running and enjoy just being outside. Stay fit so I can be active in whatever life brings. Make trips to the mountains.

If you ever think "I'm hungry I'll get three corn dogs instead of two", just go with two the third ruins it.

8.3/55:25/6:41 tried to do a progression run but just couldn't keep turning up the speed. Felt really to start and really bad at the end (third corn dog).

Maybe it is the 60 grams of fat that did you in! Sounds like about 40 grams per pre workout meal is your limit.

Here I thought it was the grease. Maybe that's just the lubrication to allow easier refusal of the unnecessary 20 fat grams.
