10.44/35 min. Spinning. Turned down the resistance off of normal. I wanted 30 minutes but opted for the cool down 5 minutes as well. I'm feeling great today. Lots of energy. I think everything other than the ankle is good for tomorrow. I have no illusions its going to hurt. I would guess pretty early into the run. I'm trying to prep myself mentally for it. I need to focus on keeping form and staying inside my pace guidelines (especially during the huge downhill at first). I hoping for a good run but who doesn't the day before a race? If I can get past this ankle everything else seems great. |
