Quick warmup then off to the starting line.

Started out fast, probably too fast. Blew up around mile 7. If someone would've offered me a ride from here to the finish line I would have taken it. By all accounts an "F". the only thing good the "F" stands for is finished. Don't know how I did but I did.

Huge blister on my right heal. I felt it at mile 2 and knew I was in trouble. Pushed through it, hurts now and has three more friends on my foot.

Need to learn to race more within myself. I know I can run fast but the first few miles were well outside my parameters. I knew it after one and didn't have the sense to slow down.

I did take a huge risk on this race and I think I would've regretted not doing it.

Great support for this race. It was great to actually see and notice my family as I was running towards the finish. Jeff was great to grab me and make sure I was ok, I wasn't it was a character run today and it sucked.

Just wasn't my day.

Can you really be pissed off about a 1st place AG finish?

I'm still sick, close to puking at 1:30

Good job pushing through the pain and showing your character to finish on a day that just wasn't there! Not every race can be a PR, but every race is a learning experience.

I am proud of you and you showed real heart to keep going (unlike the guy who dropped at mile 6).

Sorry man, got to take the good with the bad or is it bad with the good.... on any account.... ditto Jeff! Have a good weekend.

Craig, yeah that was a mean blister and what a strange location? Yes you still rock. :) Thanks for those Great Harvest coupons! Totally stoked.

Anytime you finish, it's good. Nice work, even if it wasn't quite what you wanted.

What were you wearing during the race. I think I saw you around mile 8.5.

Nice job on pushing through the pain to finish, and still get the AG 1st place.

I was wearing a black shirt that said OK Trailer. I'm pretty sure I blew up because the first 5K and 10K were well below any PR by a few minutes. Oh well live and learn.

Good job finishing Craig. Those character building races are just as important as the good ones. Definitely not as enjoyable but you do get a lot out of them. Next one will be much better.
