Well, let's see. I couldn't get out of bed, when I did I took forever getting ready, once I started I felt super slow for 5-6 miles. Kept thinking I should've stayed in bed. When I turned around at 9 I started feeling better ran about a 7 minute negative split on the way home. So the entire last half was right around MP. My dog tried to stop around mile 16-17 somehow got him back on track to finish off the entire run. Ran to Rattle Snake Transfer Site and back aka my summer bench route. It is so quiet and peaceful out there, hardly any cars. PM - 5.07 No one home, so I went running. I decided early today that I would go for a shake out if I felt good. Started out feeling great, felt great throughout enitre run. Thought about going farther but decided to stop while I still felt good. 5.07/32:37/6:26 |
