Woke up this morning with my ankle feeling better than it has in a couple of weeks so I decided to do my scheduled long run. I still wanted my option to bail out at about any time so I ran a mile from my house to do a 3 mile loop. The plan was 5x3m progressing each loop with the mile to and from my house as a warm up / cool down.

1 - 20:46 (6:55)

2 - 20:28 (6:49)

3 - 20:14 (6:45)

4 - 19:44 (6:35)

5 - 19:17 (6:25)

Overall with wm/cd 17/1:55/6:45. Overall felt really good. Ankle held up although there still is a "twinge" but not like it has been.

That is one sweet run!! Glad the ankle is feeling better, sorry to have missed you as well.

Get healed up and we will hit a good run again soon.

Very strong run today Craig. You really do have to go out and run .11 miles sometime today though. Your weekly mileage can not stop there.
