Woke up this morning with my ankle feeling better than it has in a couple of weeks so I decided to do my scheduled long run. I still wanted my option to bail out at about any time so I ran a mile from my house to do a 3 mile loop. The plan was 5x3m progressing each loop with the mile to and from my house as a warm up / cool down. 1 - 20:46 (6:55) 2 - 20:28 (6:49) 3 - 20:14 (6:45) 4 - 19:44 (6:35) 5 - 19:17 (6:25) Overall with wm/cd 17/1:55/6:45. Overall felt really good. Ankle held up although there still is a "twinge" but not like it has been. |
