AM -4 miles. After not sleeping again, I got up early and went for a nice easy jog with my wife. It was a good run and a much needed easy pace to shake things out a little before this afternoon's run. Heard the coyotes howling like crazy about a 1/2 mile from home. I guess my wife has never paid much attention because it was the first time she'd heard them where they were at and it freaked her out a bit. I guess she would have offered me and the dog up for food had they gotten closer. PM-13.16 I remember that one year when I wore shorts and the was no snow on the ground the last day of January. Oh yeah that was today. Is it freakishly good weather or what? Easy run a few miles at pace.
