Over slept and missed the group run. So I grabbed my dog and did a medium long run. Warmed up for two miles around a 7:30 pace and then dropped to around a 6:40 pace for the rest of the run. Nothing like the feel of the slight sting of your lungs to start off the day. Legs felt great. My left hamstring is a little soft but nothing to worry about. I'm feeling these last few runs in my butt a little bit more than I'm used to but It doesn't hurt just soft. Sorry I missed the group, I normally don't sleep like that.
