AM - Slept in, felt great, then went for a short run to start the day off. Focused on driving the legs all the way through the stride and running more with my quads. After I got into the rhythm it felt a little better and pace picked up naturally. My daughter also signed up for track yesterday. Now I have someone other than myself to experiment on :) PM - Why is it that the wind is always blowing in your face no matter which direction you run? Still focused on driving my legs all the way through.
