20/2:12:48/6:38 Got up at 4AM to get this in. I hate doing long runs like this at the gym but I hate running in sheer darkness this time of the morning worse and this was the only option for getting a run in today. 2 gels miles 7 and 14. Felt ok at the beginning, ok in the middle and pretty strong at the end. Last 2 miles were 6:18 and 5:58. The last mile felt really comfortable. Glad to have another week like this under my belt especially with the decision to go to Boston. Still hope to maintain a couple more good weeks. I really like my Adidas Boost if I haven't said it before. |
