AM - Easy run with Hutch. Climbed the hill for the first time in awhile, pace still not quite coming back but I'm feeling better. Able to hit HMP for final mile which felt good. PM - Decided to do a tempo run and see how I could manage my pace. Started at 6:39 and progressed each mile down to a 5:51 on my last mile. It was work but overall felt good to get down to a faster pace. I'm figuring I need a few quality speed workout a week to get back to where I need to be. 5/31:24/6:17 |
