Did speed work today. Clocked out a 1 mile loop, and did it three times. Mile1--7:36 Mile 2--16:02 Mile 3--23:58 I took a small recovery break in between miles. My lungs were killing me by the end of mile 3. But, my legs didn't hurt at all. I am excited to get used to running faster. Think my legs are ready, but my cardio needs improvement. Felt great.
